A theology for children, c.1-2
Using big ideas in clear language William L. Hendricks writes a meticulous guide to teachers of children on how to translate basic theological ideas to children. He begins with a child's recognition of reality through his bottle, a toy, and mother's touch. Step by step Hendricks presents the logical progression of a child's learning, and how to avoid causing inadvertent gaps or grave misconceptions in God-knowledge that would retard healthy growth and maturation into an adult with a sound spiritual foundation. The value of this book goes beyond only teachers of children. Personally, it has been a welcome re-affirmation of faith.
