This book of the living Psalms is a deeply written commentary on certain chosen Psalms. Mr Westermann gave much thought and prayer to writing this helpful study. As I understand he began his study from a German prison cell during World War II and this study made him victor over deplorable conditions and then he carried on his study of Psalms afterward, no doubt writing with strong conviction.
