Eusebius' ecclesiastical history: complete and unabridge
This is the fourth version of the History of the Church by Eusenius that I have. The first is a traditional translation from the 1800s and is very accurate, complete and a little stilted in language but has excellent notes. It is by Williamson. The second is a relatively modern translation. They are both good and complete inso far as notes and original appendices. I also have a late 1800s translation which has been significantly bauderized and heavily edited by a turn of the century fundamentalist--he even left out the appendices listing the Roman Emperors and Bishops of the major Cities and the lists of books contained in the New Testament as it existed in 325. It is biased trash. This present edition by Cruse is a pleasant addition. The language used is comfortable..
