This book is an excellent resource with data about the early church and interesting details about the preaching styles and influence of many notable ministers. The most interesting point for me is in the short stories and anecdotes about their lives and the trials they endured. It is amazing to look at what God accomplished (and is accomplishing) through the lives of mere men! Well researched and written and should be on a must-read list for leaders in the church.
