Forgiveness: a philosophical study
The author's analysis of forgiveness is important not only in its own right, but it also opens up areas of further philosophical reflection, for instance, on how forgiveness operates in non paradigmatic situations, for example, when injury is carelessly but not intentionally inflicted. Haber's book will provide the starting-points for this and other inquiries into a significant feature of our common moral discourse.
